ZAM ZAM RESTAURANT (TRIVANDRUM) - WHEAT PARATHA& KOZHI PORICHADHU

ZAM ZAM RESTAURANT - (TRIVANDRUM) REVIEW

Zam Restaurant, a top of the line bistro, imagined in the last completion of 1979. Settled in the capital city of God's own country, the bistro has made a corner for itself in the domain of Modern Middle-Eastern Cuisine and ensures further delight with future time. Regardless of its easygoing air, this easygoing bistro is greatly sublime, both by day and around night time making it the perfect spot to eat with your friends and family. The procedure and ever-rising enthusiasm for our least mind-boggling divine dish chicken fry created utilizing unadulterated coconut oil. Further recollecting the growing number of veggie darlings, Zam has a substitute extent of Appetizers, Soups, and Main courses.

I sat in a chair and a waiter came at the back of me to take the order. I gave an order for wheat paratha and full chicken fry. Waiting time was annoying. I just sat with my mobile to make the time fly away. After a few mins of wait in the hotel there came the servers with our dishes wheat paratha, chicken fry. I was really hungry and starving at that time. So I got ready to eat it.

WHEAT PARATHA

The presentation made me more excited. The paratha was kept in the center with a dollop of butter and curd aside. The aroma of ghee made me mouth-watering. I took a soft piece of the paratha and ate it which was appetizing. The paratha was soft and easy to bite. It was not only tasty but also healthy. Just dipped some in curd which gave a different taste but with butter it was awesome. Every bite of it was really tasty. After a few pieces of paratha, I  turned towards chicken fry.

KOZHI PORICHADHU

The presentation made me pull the plate towards me on seeing that full chicken on it.  It was presented with chicken in the center with onions and lemon aside.  The smell was so fantastic that made me very eager to eat it. My fork pierced a soft piece. The crispy piece was spicy and tasty which made me took another bite. A piece of chicken stuffed inside the paratha was delicious. While I was eating the last piece of my paratha there came the server to ask me whether I need anything. Even I was full but its taste was awesome which made me order a plate of khubz to eat with this chicken.

KHUBZ:

Khubz is an Arabian pita food made with wheat flour .kuboos was the most favorite one for Malayalees. We can also add meat like a chicken. It is my favorite one. we can prefer with kozhi porichadhu.

One of the best good joints in Trivandrum. Reasonable pricing, very dedicated staffs, and service, quantity, and quality is really good
