Litti Chokha is a popular Bihari and Jharkhand food that is much like Rajasthani Baati still at an identical time. Litti Chokha is a delightful method that can be remembered for your lunch or meal menu. The litti is the bread given out of flour and is placed down with sattu and chokha is the side dish prepared to utilize eggplant, potato, either tomatoes. 



 What is Litti Chokha ?? 
Litti Chokha is a conventional Bihari recipe additionally well known in the eastern piece of Uttar Pradesh, which is incredibly simple to assemble and can be a pleasant healthy pleasure for Bihari Cuisine sweethearts. INGREDIENTS



      For dough balls:-
  •  250 gm flour (atta) 
  •  Salt (as per taste)
  •  Water (as required)
  •  10 gm Oil 



      For the filling:-
  •   50 gm Sattu 
  •   20 gm Chopped garlic and onion 
  •   10 gm Salt 
  •   20 ml of mustard oil 
  •   2 gm Ajwain(Oregano)
  •   2gm kalonji 
  •   1 tbsp Lemon juice 

    
      For potato chokha:-

  •  250 gm Boiled potatoes
  •  10 gm Coriander, chopped
  •  5 gm chili 
  •  Salt ( as per the taste)
  •  10 ml of mustard oil 
  •  100 gm Brinjal 
  •  100 gm tomatoes 

   Instruction



 Start with making dough balls:-


  •  First, take flour (250 gm) in a big bowl and Add water oil and salt into it.


  • Now mix these all items well with your hands until it takes round shape and easy to make balls of it.Then take a small amount of meshed flour and make a small ball of it then press its edges and form a  cup.



 Prepare the fillings for this dough:-

  • Take sattu (50 gm) then add small ingredients like salt(as per requirement, ajwain 2 gm, kalonji (small amount) and 1 tbsp lemon 



  • Now mix all ingredients well 

  • After it fills the dough balls with sattu fillings 


  • Now close its mouth gently and securely


  •  Next to it, we have to put these balls in boiling refined and your litti is ready




 The steps to make chokha:-

  • First, take tomato and brinjal now bake it at medium flame after baking it mash it well with boiled potatoes 



  • After this add chopped coriander, salt, chili, and mustard oil
  • Now mix it again until it seems like the mixture shown in the photo below



  • After preparing the mixture your litti and chokha is ready to serve
