  • Potato 
  • Oil
  • Cornflour
  • Maida/wheat flour
  • Salt
  • Chili powder
  • Pepper
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Red chili sauce

PROCEDURE
  •        Cut the potatoes in equal size
  •        Take a bowl and put a quarter cup of cornflour in it
  •        Put the same amount of maida, a pinch of salt, chili powder, pepper
  •        mix well and add a little amount of water
  •        The mixture should be thin
  •        Dip the potatoes and mix well
  •        Take a pan and pour little oil and fry those potatoes
  •        Take a pan a pour little oil put little garlic and then onion. 
  •        Cook well till it gets brown.
  •        Add little capsicum, salt, red chili sauce, tomato sauce, chili sauce.
  •        Add little cornflour slurry(cornflour mixed with water)
  •        Add the potatoes and mix well
  •        Chili potatoes are ready to serve.
